North East Essex Diabetes Service (NEEDS) are here to support all of those living with diabetes in the North East Essex area and are committed to providing high standards of care for ALL people with Diabetes. Working in partnership with NHS GPs, our consultant-led diabetes specialist team offers community clinics, antenatal diabetes care and diabetes foot care.
